How do you empower and support women in digital?
Our mission at SB is to empower women through fitness and beyond, and we live and work by these values. In our support office we have an inclusive working environment, over 80% of our digital teams and the majority of our exec team are women (including our CEO). Every one of the team is passionate about the brand and digital is the perfect channel to help us reach more and more women across the globe on our mission to empower through fitness and beyond.
How do you think women have propelled innovation in digital?
Women have always played a part in digital innovation, right back to Ada Lovelace and Grace Hopper but they have not always been recognised for their contribution.
The ever increasing numbers of female founders and innovators is moving us in the right direction, and as the world is increasingly digitised everyone will play a part in shaping that future.
How do you strive to create a gender equal world?
We believe that being active can play a huge part in empowering confident women, delivering our mission is what brings us into work each day!
