Lily’s Kitchen doubles down on digital commerce with Tryzens

Lily’s Kitchen partners with Tryzens to drive next chapter of growth.

Lily’s Kitchen, makers of proper food for pets, has partnered with digital commerce consultancy Tryzens to support and enhance their digital commerce offering. The new partnership will enable Lily’s Kitchen to build momentum and expand their global footprint, as consumers are increasingly turning to online channels to shop for everyday purchases.

Established 12 years ago in founder Henrietta Morrison’s kitchen in London, Lily’s Kitchen has become an internationally recognised £85 million retail brand offering its natural recipes for dogs and cats across 6,000 stores in 30 countries as well as selling direct to consumers through their own website. Last year the company was awarded The Royal Warrant from HRH The Prince of Wales and has recently become part of  Nestlé Purina, allowing them to continue serving proper food to pets around the world.

To help them thrive online, Tryzens will provide 24/7 support and maintenance along with strategic roadmapping and enhancements to build an experience that truly represents Lily’s Kitchen as a brand and removes friction from the online experience. As a pure play brand, Lily’s Kitchen depends on their online channels to help convey their brand story and provide their loyal, furry customers with the highest quality, naturally nutritious foods.

Michelle Corp, Director of eCommerce at Lily’s Kitchen said “We have very ambitious growth plans and we needed a partner who would not only help us make the most of our online channels, but help us scale and innovate. Our business is all about the customer and we need to provide the best experiences that keep them coming back to shop with us.”

Andy Burton, CEO of Tryzens added: “We are delighted to have been selected by Lily’s Kitchen to be their Digital Commerce partner to support and assist them with their next phase of growth online.  The team at Lily’s Kitchen have well and truly established their brand as the provider of ‘proper food’ for dogs and cats.  We believe they have always been leaders in the market for healthy, organic and responsible pet food, and with the emerging market trends around the humanisation and premiumisation of the pet food market, they have a great recipe for success.  We look forward to playing our part to assist Lily’s Kitchen in advancing the performance of the online business and delighting the growing community of pet parents”.
