Dune London, a world-leading specialist in fashion footwear and accessories has partnered with Tryzens to deliver a new digital flagship and provide first-class ongoing support post-launch.
Founded in 1992 as a small concession in a clothing store on London’s iconic Oxford Street, Dune London has grown to become a global leader and specialist in footwear and accessories. The partnership between Dune London and Tryzens will focus on delivering a new bespoke digital flagship powered by Salesforce Commerce Cloud as well as supporting Dune in-life after launch to ensure they can grow sustainably on a global scale. The digital flagship which recently launched promises to provide the best possible personalised customer experience, connected across an integrated platform with every interaction utilising AI, best in class apps and fully customisable tools. Salesforce Commerce Cloud allows the best customer insights, agility and scalability and this partnership will harness this platform to allow Dune London to grow rapidly while staying true to their brand promise of first-class customer experiences. Tryzens will provide ongoing round-the-clock dedicated ongoing support once the site is launched.
