Australian furniture specialists Amart Furniture have partnered with Tryzens to utilise key insights to inform and prioritise a strategic roadmap that will transform Amart into an omnichannel, customer centric retailer.

Amart, Australia’s leading furniture retailer, has partnered with Tryzens to optimise their digital channels to create a seamless customer journey both in-store and online and collaborate to plan and implement key digital capabilities required to support a seamless omnichannel customer journey​.

Founded in 1970, Amart are the furniture retailer that make furniture make sense. Growing to 67 stores nationwide, with each store having an in-house team of experts who know the products inside and out and are committed to helping our customers find their perfect furniture match. Amart have built a reputation on a huge range of high-quality stylish pieces last longer than other furniture brands meaning there is no compromise between style and practicality.

The partnership between Tryzens and Amart will focus on using a customer centric approach to pivot Amart’s digital strategy using personalised customer experience across products, pricing and services.​ Amart and Tryzens will work together to identify and outline the key departmental collaboration required to deliver engaging and rich omnichannel customer experiences​. These milestones will feed into a strategic roadmap for the revolutionisation of the Amart omni customer experience, delivered by Tryzens.
