2021 is showing no signs of slowing down! It’s been a huge month for both our clients and us. We were also very proud this month to have been named the winner of several awards as well as being shortlisted for others.
Orlebar Brown Launches Spanish Site
The intrinsically British but ultimately international brand has taken its next step into the global market, launching a dedicated Spanish site. The new site follows a rigorous path of on-going optimisation for Orlebar Brown which was also coupled with the launch of new product description and listing page features to create a seamless journey for customers to holiday better.
Cotton On Launches Online in the UK
Australian powerhouse brand, Cotton On has launched online in the UK expanding on their launch of Typo in the UK in 2016. With over 1500 stores in 22 countries and employing over 22,000 staff members, this launch marks a significant step into the UK market for the global lifestyle leader.
An All Star Night
It’s one of the most anticipated events of the year, and the All Star Bash in Melbourne certainly didn’t disappoint! We were proud as punch to see our clients win big with Cotton On named as Top Fashion & Accessories Retailer and Showpo taking home Top Social Retailer on the night.
Sweaty Betty Makes Returns Even Easier
In a bid to create a seamless, beginning to end experience, Sweaty Betty have implemented a new returns system across the globe. The new system allows customers to create returns with ease and also reduces the burden on their customer service team in-store and online through one portal.
Sweaty Betty’s COO says: “All customers deserve the same convenient, quick refund and exchange service, whether they’re stood inside one of our boutiques or registering a return online.”
R.M.Williams Debuts A New Look
The bootmaker has revealed a new look following its acquisition by Tattarang, which “celebrates the brand through a new lens, with a visual aesthetic that is more specific, relevant and artistically-focused.” The new, more modern aesthetic looks to widen inclusivity in terms of both talent and product range to attract a wider demographic, while keeping true to the fundamentals and quality that R.M.Williams has become recognised for.
Pen Heaven Goes Global
The UK based fine stationery retailer has launched their new international site and are now shipping into over 80 countries with localised taxing and payments. Following the recent announcement of our partnership to help Pen Heaven “realise our ambitious international growth plans, and evolve our online user experience”, the new site is a huge step forward for the brand as they continue on their path of strong growth.
Tryzens’ Award Winning Month
Last but not least, we’d like to have a humble brag! We were so proud as a team to have won Best Multichannel Technology Solution at the NORA Solution Partner Awards as well as being shortlisted for Best Retail Insights and Best eCommerce Integrator. We were also named Best Salesforce Commerce Cloud Agency in EMEA at Yotpo’s Partner Awards.
