Forever New Launches New App to Support the Omnichannel Customer Journey

Forever New has teamed with Tryzens and Poq to design and build a new app to create a richer experience and connect channels. 

Founded in Melbourne, Australia and loved across the globe, Forever New is known for designing and making effortlessly wearable and timeless collections that celebrate modern femininity. Each collection is designed in Australia with a unique blend of seasonal trends, feminine silhouettes and of the moment detailing, giving their customers the confidence to feel beautiful in every moment. 

The goal of the partnership was to design an app which would reinvigorate the customer experience and support an omnichannel customer journey. To develop the new app, Forever New selected the Poq appCommerce platform because of its strong market credentials and rich, native functionality that is used by many well-known brands across the world to engage the customer. Tryzens, as a global partner of Poq and world leading eCommerce solutions architects and technology implementers are the perfect fit to deliver the project.
