Technology provider SmartFocus takes a more strategic approach with eCommerce solutions provider Tryzens.
Following the successful completion of SmartFocus’ Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge, Tryzens has become the single port of call for integrations and support. SmartFocus has opted for Tryzens’ Integration Portfolio Management (IPM) service, which removes the duplication of effort and cost incurred when managing multiple systems integrators across different eCommerce platforms.
Tryzens’ Integration Portfolio Management simplifies the principles of integrating 3rd party technologies with major eCommerce Platforms, the 3rd party invests in one “pool” of days, which get drawn from against any role and platform. This enables SmartFocus to access individual, platform specialist teams, managed by a single Project Manager. Tryzens offer SmartFocus this skilled resource across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento 1 & 2, SAP Hybris, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.com.
Under this new structure, the two parties will be collaborating across cartridge enhancements, maintenance & support, ensuring all cartridges are up to date and fully certified. Further to this, Tryzens will form an extension of SmartFocus’ client support, acting as second line support and as a trusted advisor to SmartFocus and their clients, aiding the integration into new clients and helping resolve support tickets within existing clients.
Greg Straw, Partner Manager at Tryzens said: “We’re delighted to be expanding our relationship with SmartFocus. Absorbing the integrations and creating a complete programme of works went well, now we’re ready to kick off the plans and make some serious progress over the next year.”
Jonathan Taylor, Chief Technology Officer at SmartFocus continues: “Having our integrations managed by one provider enables us to step back and look at things strategically, not to mention helping to drive efficiencies across the board. We have recently standardised all of our integrations, alongside planning a new Magento 2 extension and a rebuild of our Salesforce.com cartridge – all of which means we will be able to deploy the right technology at the right time as our business needs change and our customer base grows.”
Greg concluded: “We designed our Integration Portfolio Management solution for partners just like SmartFocus. We’re aware that today’s technology market is changing rapidly, and needs for development, support and expert knowledge change frequently. The flexible approach we’re taking with the security and savings of a single partner is something we’re very proud to bring to market.”
