Tryzens is in the fortunate position of working with some of the most innovative retailers and their leadership teams to create compelling commerce experiences for their customers. It is therefore extremely gratifying to see our clients’ successfully growing their business as a result of our work together. Avenue 32 is yet another excellent example!



Last summer, the luxury fashion retailer Avenue 32 selected Tryzens to deliver a new ecommerce platform that would deliver a more engaging experience for its customers. Inspired to bring the essence of Avenue Montaigne to the internet, Avenue 32 has quickly grown to become known as an online shopping destination for established and emerging fashion designers. Being an online-exclusive retailer, Avenue 32 needed to have robust systems in place to handle high levels of traffic while providing an engaging curated luxury experience its customers had come to expect.

Working closely with the team at Avenue 32, we developed a platform built upon Demandware and provide complementary Managed Services to ensure 24-hour proactive maintenance and monitoring of the site. Whether visiting from a laptop or a mobile, they wanted an outstanding customer experience commensurate with their brand values. Tryzens provides the only Demandware certified support service offering available in the UK market, ensuring that Avenue 32’s website is constantly monitored for any threats or technical issues that might impinge on customer experience or sales activity.

We are very proud of the work we’ve done with Avenue 32, and were delighted to see the article with founder and CEO, Roberta Benteler, in the Style Magazine of the Sunday Times on 31st July. Speaking on the female fashion industry, Roberta stated that her greatest achievement has been growing site engagement by 55% since relaunching the Avenue 32’s webpage in March.

Avenue 32 deserve huge congratulations for this. That level of site engagement growth only happens when a company maintains its focus on its customers’ needs, expectations and desires. Avenue 32 has certainly achieved this, and we couldn’t be happier to see their success!
