Corporate Social Responsibility
2018 saw the Tryzens staff continue to be very hands on for important causes across our global offices as well as focus on becoming more environmentally sustainable as a business.
When headlines hit in August about the catastrophic flooding in India, which affected some of our own team members, the team personally made a material donation to the flood relief funds and Tryzens sought to more than match that. Additionally, we donated study materials to 65 students at Kottor-Podiyam Tribal colony, on the outskirts of the Trivandrum city. These supplies were hand delivered by Tryzens team members who also spent the day as volunteers on-site.
Over in the London office we supported our company charity End Youth Homelessness by holding friendly competitive bake sales and quirky dress up days such as ‘Onesie Day’ and ‘Double Denim Day’ to raise much needed funds.
In Australia, the Melbourne office chose Movember as their chosen charity and had staff members growing their best (and sometimes funniest) facial hair in support of men’s health and mental well being. Tryzens committed to match the donations that participating staff were able to raise and were able to make a sizeable contribution to the foundation.
Our Sofia Office in Bulgaria chose to support the Children with Oncohematologic Diseases Association, which supports children with cancer and their families. The Sofia team held various events throughout the year including a pot lucks, Halloween and Christmas parties to raise funds and donate to this very worthy cause.
Across offices, we have implemented various initiatives to make sure we are minimising our impact on the environment and encouraging our staff to become more aware of how they can start making a difference.
We are looking forward to sharing even more exciting news throughout 2019 and working with our fabulous clients across the world to deliver the best digital commerce experiences. You can stay up to date with the latest Tryzens news by following us on social media LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
