Exciting news from the Tryzens team – we have two clients shortlisted for the Drapers Digital Awards 2017, for the work we have completed together over the last year! Congratulations to both Avenue 32, and Clothing Sites Group!
One year after going live with a brand-new eCommerce platform and website implemented by Tryzens, luxury fashion store Avenue 32 has been shortlisted for two categories (Best Pureplay eTailer <£50m Turnover award, and Best Use of Content), with Woodhouse & Brown Bag Clothing (Clothing Sites Group) shortlisted for an award for its work with Tryzens on the mobile experience (Best Use of Mobile).
The Avenue 32-Tryzens partnership began early in 2016 implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud to support its ambitious growth objectives. Since then, Avenue 32 has achieved a 28% increase in unique users year-on-year and improved conversions. The biggest benefit that Avenue 32 has experienced is a higher average time spent on its website, which has converted into an increase in average order value of over a quarter (28%) in January 2017, year-on-year. Tryzens now supply Avenue 32 with a Managed Service Offering, providing 24/7 proactive maintenance and enhancements and acting as a trusted advisor to the team. Avenue 32 has implemented ‘TradeState’, a real time analytics tool that gives management the information they need to make quick decision to optimise customer experience and increase growth.
As ‘Best pureplay eTailer’, Avenue 32 was nominated for its exceptional customer experience, company growth and innovation across the website and social media. For ‘Best use of Content’, the eTailer was recognised for their beautiful, magazine-style imagery bringing an editorial style to online. The modular tiled design and ‘Mobile first’ page speeds despite this heavy content was also recognised.
Clothing Sites Group and Tryzens will be celebrating the two-year anniversary of their partnership at the end of March 2017. Tryzens implemented new hosted websites and improved operational efficiency using the Magento Enterprise platform for the UK based menswear eCommerce business in 2015. Since implementation, Woodhouse & Brown Bag has experienced a high performance, scalable eCommerce solution, which has kept up with its fast growth and influx in orders. It has also supported and maintained the retailer’s expansion plans. Clothing Sites Group was nominated for ‘Best Use of Mobile’ for their off canvas bespoke menu design and mobile friendly ‘micro influencing’ strategy.
