Avenue 32 reports strong year-on-year performance with Tryzens’ eCommerce solutions

High-end retailer celebrates first year with Tryzens and Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, reporting a 28% lift in unique traffic.

One year after going live with a brand new eCommerce platform and website implemented by Tryzens, luxury fashion store Avenue 32 has reported that it is exceeding performance expectations. Improvements such as an increase in unique and repeat site visits have contributed in boosting Avenue 32’s average order value by over a quarter.

Avenue 32, a pureplay online retailer, and systems integrator Tryzens, begun work early last year to improve the retailer’s virtual storefront offering to support its ambitious growth objectives. Since then, Avenue 32 has benefited from a number of improvements that have helped it realise a number of growth objectives. Today, Avenue 32 attracts more visitors than ever, resulting in a 28% increase in unique users year-on-year. It has also improved website stickiness, with a 10% increase in pages per session, a 4% reduction in bounce rate, and a 45% uplift in monthly page views. Critically, the higher average time spent on the site has converted into an increase in average order value of over a quarter (28%) in January 2017, year-on-year.

With traffic increasing from international customers and a challenge to deliver a curated, seamless shopping experience that its customers had come to expect, Tryzens implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud SaaS in March 2016. Working in tandem with the platform, Tryzens also provided its 24/7 proactive maintenance and monitoring managed services, and its proprietary TradeState dashboard, to deliver real-time web analytics and site trading to Avenue 32’s tech team.
